But it's a shame that Global doesn't have the Province of Moxico as a field of action, I had to travel to Huambo to receive the order... Add the province of Moxico as one of the provinces of action.

Don't be mistaken by the 'typically answers within minutes' bot title.
It took 6 days between the delivery and time my package was finally located. It just turns out that when you fill your SN-number as suggested, it gets cut on a major retailer (Dell) and thus lost. And no, you don't have a word of apology for their poorly designed addressing convention. No apology and no appreciation for investigation and reporting.
Then it takes more than a day to 'consolidate' a single package.
Then you receive the invoice that does not match their 'shipping rate calculator', since they obviously forgot 'handling' and consider a laptop 'dangerous goods'.
Then you pay and they ask for your personal information: the driver's license, passport, CC, then a video of you holding them, etc.
Don't even know what comes next.
I can't say how disappointed am I. NO way I use this service in the future.

The site doesn't use the same methodical ways of shipping like other sites, you tell them what you want and they will do it to the T with extra care if you specify it in the special requests. I shipped a bunch of very big hardcover books and collectable comics which arrived safely. I have used different sites and this one gives the BEST prices for shipping among their competitors and customer service is fast within working hours. I have been in contact with Elia and i have had an amazing experience so far. Will be using them for a long time.

I am afraid some team members at the warehouse are currently retaliating against me for requesting to expedite the consolidation process.
I have all communications documented.
1- once I sent a request to customer service to assign my last incoming parcel, they replied that they did not receive it. Although FedEx investigated and ruled that it was delivered to the right place and provided proof of the delivery.
2- I requested to consolidate the remaining items just to move on. Although I requested to consolidate items in one box, they spread them to 3 boxes and the shipping cost went from the average $200 to $1,910. All for 27 lbs only. Shipping ID J5DW1474.
I am worried that the retaliation will go further and will cause me losses beyond my capability to recover them. Hence I took the conversation here because this platform is known to help people like me in need.

After careful research and review of their service on twitter, I decided shop using their services. I used their assisted purchase shopping where I had to pay 5% of my total bill. Which in opinion is fair, they purchased iPhone on my behalf, check it, took picture and very carefully consolidate it before shipping it to me.
I faced a issue during my second shipment, well every business makes mistakes but these guys immediately took care of it.
Over all, I am really satisfied with their service. They are so much better than other package forwarders. They don't charge me for storage, addresses or stuff like that. Their staff is very friendly and helpful.
I will recommend them to family and friends for sure. Enjoyed shopping with them.
I worked with them before since 2017 for several shipments (7 shipments). They started well and then since 2018 every time there was some delays with some excuses. I used them the last time in April 2019 and got fed-up so decided not use them anymore because of the continuous delays and improper consolidation (package is much bigger than it should be) and started using another service provider.
I needed something recently (Feb 2020) so I tried them hoping things have improved but again the same problem and it is just one package took 8 days to consolidate. Simply slow service and we did not even get to the shipping part yet.
They incorrectly add $10 fee for handling Dangerous goods for an IPAD. I am still struggling to have this removed. I chat to their customer service daily but things do not get resolved.

I ordered my first pc on GS and so far the customer service experience has been outstanding compared to myus and shopandship on top of that their shipping prices are just amazing compared to other shipping companies i've used in the past, also they do not charge a monthly fee or any fee at all to have a monthly membership for an address 10/10 would recommend will update when my package arrives.
