OMG IVE BEEN CALLING GO JANE CUSTOMER SEVICE FROM SINCE 9 AND ITS NOW 11 AND THEYRE SAYING CUSTOMER SERVICE IS CLOSED. WTH? SINCE THEY OPEN FROM 9AM TO 4PM. THIS IS HORRIBLE.
