I assume the order is sent from the vendor. I used Goldbely once, found the same items on the direct website for less. Second time I ordered a “flash deal” and was billed double what I expected, so that was not a good experience. I vowed to never to never use them again. Then a few weeks ago I found that Katz’s deli site was being rerouted automatically to Goldbely and rather give up treats from Katz’s, I placed the order. There was a question on the order and Katz’s called me, so in this case, I’m sure Katz’s handled the order after it was placed. In general, I would say, check the vendor website and if you can’t order direct, try Goldbely.
