My I tried to disputed with my bank but they have a 68 day grace. That you have to dispute it in. I've been calling got Transmissions since March because they sent me the wrong transmission. When you finally get a hold of the guy that does the warranties he is nasty and very rude. How do I go about suing these people and getting my money back.
I called the company that delivers the transmissions and the address it came from is 1625 Prairie Rd. Eugene OR 97402. The name on the business is B&R Auto Wrecking. I am still investigating I hope someone nails this company to the wall.
Credit card or "bank" debit card. Contest it, I did and got my money back from got. Having phone records and emails help. They tried to claim that I hadn't contacted them about any issues. That ghost company DOES have a banking account somewhere that get back charged from M/C & Visa.
No physical address to file claim with, ghost company really. Hope you
Hope you used credit card, contact your credit card co. File dispute with them first to try to get your money back
