on 10/30/12There is just something mega unusual about the profound resistance of this company against communicating. They will not communicate with the public by phone. If you use their listed number, it is a dead-end answering machine that directs the caller back to their web site. Their product is far from perfect but still is useful and will likely get better. My issues are less about their product than with their impenetrable communication.
While I can see that they may not want to offer phone support for such a complex program, the fact that they will not speak to customers about billing issues communicates sociopathic tendencies. Whomever is running the company tries to act like computers more than behaving like people.
I have paid my monthly due this month and is not due again till the 24th of this month. What is the problem because I have papers to check and no grammarly, please get back ASAP so we might resolve this issue. Also I need a phone number to talk to a representive of grammarly.com about my account, today if possible. Thanks for your help Michael Moore
I also have a very bad experience with Grammarly.com.
I was not able to subscribe with my PayPal account. When I confirmed the transaction on PayPal, I was returned back to Grammarly.com and been blocked in deadend blank screen.
When I tried to subscribe with my MasterCard it failed due to "some" reason, which Grammarly, com suppoert was not able to explain.
Their support is also a half dead entity. One response dailiy - this is all you get and they do on a low margin of effort.
I strongly advise to avoid this site.
