on 7/1/15They are a horrible company... until the BBB or Attorney General's office gets on their case, they'll keep abusing customers. They didn't respond as Groovebook, and now with Shutterfly it's the same deal. Cancel your payments and sever your ties with them... otherwise you'll have aggravation forever. BJ

I have found that the best way to communicate with groove book is via messenger on facebook
Only correspondence is their email. Usually takes 14-16 days to get the book. Recently service has improved.
Good luck with that... only thing you can do is email them... and even then all you will get is a generic scripted email response... and that's not even a guarantee. Try commenting on their FB page... that's the ONLY time I got a response via a PMSG... UT too little too late... I'd already cancelled my account.
