on 9/25/15It is impossible to cancel! I had to dispute 6 months of charges to my credit card. Groovebook responded to my email cancellation 3 times and confirmed cancellation. However they continued to charge me. Thank goodness my CC expired so now every month they email me to say they are having trouble processing my payment and need a new CC. They are awful!
Don't get started, or get out now!
I had to threaten legal action before they quit charging my credit card. Not a happy camper
I had to tweet them and they responded with a DM and FINALLY cancelled my subscription, they certainly don't make it easy!
