on 12/17/20The way you order is different here. You place your order on-line as usual. Then they WILL contact you to verify your information then and only then will they submit the charge to your credit card. They do this for your protectiion and theirs. They and they make sure that you are legitimate. You MAY get a notice from your credit card company asking you if this is a legitimate charge, it my show up as declined. I am asked every time. I OK the charge and it goes through. Sometimes you may have to re-submit your order, they will be in contact with you and if you have any questions about this please ask them. And also inform your credit card that this charge will be re-submitted. Yes, it can be confusing. But it works and keeps me safe. Once your order is accepted and charged they will send you UPS or USPS tracking information, which is very accurate. It may take a little longer than expected, but you can track its progress through the postal/shipment system.
