I don't know why they've gotten so many bad reviews on here. They wouldn't even charge my card until I answered their call to confirm the address (they called like 15 times until I realized it was them lol). I had then to confirm again once they were ready to ship. Product came exactly as delivered, sooner than the 2-3 weeks they said it would. The product shipped from Dubai, but was manufactured in India. Works just as well though.
Please be advised that Happie Family Store is run by a bunch of criminals who scam you out of your money and then never send you your products or medications. About a year ago, I placed a rather large order, paid for it, and then was sent a fake tracking number with Emirates Post. The Store never sent my package, and worse of all, their Russian and African customer service representatives did not respond to any of my many emails and would hang up on me when I called them to address the issue. The Store stole approximately USD$300 from me. Save your money and steer clear of these criminals!

They're made in india and usually these meds (modafinil) require a script which is suspicious in itself
I've heard of people receiving mints etc. the prices are also very low so my suspicion of quality consistency and reliability are very doubtful, it's not safe to order scripted meds of the internet.
Overall if you want a type of medication i suggest you go to a medical professional.
You know your meds are the same dosage and fda approved, you never know what's in a pressed pill.

I've been ordering from them for over a year now, and am never disappointed. Their prices can't be beat and the customer service is second to none. One of my packages was lost in the mail, and was resent by them at no extra charge. I hope they stick around, because I can't see doing business with anyone else.

I placed an order with this company that guaranteed shipping before Christmas according to their website. It has been sitting in "being processed" since. They have no telephone number and will not respond to multiple emails that I have sent! I've reported them to my financial institution. I added a screenshot of my order but blacked out my address for obvious reasons. Tomorrow is Christmas. I assure you I'm not receiving my product!
My first order with them, promptly shipped and confirmed with a tracking number, unfortunately got seized by customs. When told so, their customer service reacted in the right way to replace my lost order, which I received well. Their client approach was friendly and service-minded. I would recommend them any time.

I was being worried and skeptical after viewing the bad reviews from this site and having prepared that I might not receive anything.
But luckily, I received my order today. It was just 9 days after I placed the order(HongKong). So yeah, everything was satisfying. Hope this helps you build more confidence in purchasing med from this store :)

I have been dealing with the Happy Family for quite some time now. I have found them to be very professional in their work. I have ran into some issues at customs but the store has always settled the concern to my satisfaction. Those problems are out of their control. They are very quick to respond to any concerns. The products they sell are of great quality. Never a problem Overall a very good company to deal with. Well done.

Ordered drugs. Paid for them. Got emails saying the order was created. Did NOT get a tracking number. Called a few weeks later and asked bout the sale. They said they would look in to it. They sent an email saying..."We bring our deepest sorry but we do not have the medication that you have place the order with. We can send you different one for the same total amount. Do you agree for that?" Of course I said no.

Order placed for compass on May 26,2019. I've been contacting them weekly ever since. Finally spoke with my bank this morning and a dispute has been filed. Judging from the other reviews I've read, it seems to be their standard operating procedure. Shameful! I'll NEVER look at another ad from Facebook!

I am entirely happy with everything about this product, but I had terrible trouble receiving it! Ordered in May - received in September. However their Customer Services were helpful (sent a second batch, I think!) and eventually all is well.
Ordered and paid using PayPal, after reading all the reviews here i gave up that it would arrive. I received a tracking which only worked for the senders country. Thought i would just wait it out and it actually arrived on the first day of the expected 7 day period. Amazed, i think most people who actually receive there goods dont write a review about it so it looks bad. I'm still curious how they would deal with something not arriving. But it's legit.

Like others mentioned, I ordered the compass but the order status has not changed since the order date May 29,2019. It is now two months later, July 31, and still nothing. Emailed support several times and have not received a reply. If there is an issue with production then people should have the option to wait given a realistic expected delivery or to be given a refund.
I suggest to verify often the status of delivery: in my case, when I note the "custom problems", I reported that to service support and in a few days they provide to send me another package!

I titled this review canada customs because of problems at entry into canada. First order was in july 2020. Shipment did not clear customs ( or got lost) to which i do not know. Got hold of happie family store and they reordered for me at no charge. Second shipment did arrive at the end of nov. 2020. So very happy with the way you took care of the order. I did try to find out if you have had problems getting through canada customs but did not get any answer to this. Overall i am happy with your service. Thanks ken.
So I gave Happy Family Store 2 stars because they actually delivered the first order (building trust?) in about 3 weeks, before trying to scam me on the second order ("our systems couldn't process your credit card, here's a link to pay by Paypal"... which led, after redirecting several times, to a gibberish web address and a blank page as my browser is locked down against malicious activity).
Here are a few hints, based on my experience:
1) Plan to only order once, so adjust your order size accordingly
2) If they tell you they can't process your card (they actually phone it in from Cyprus!) and try to redirect you, abandon ship. When I abandoned the order, they sent me about 4 texts and 2 emails in the next 2 hours trying to get me to follow through... this is not normal vendor behavior
3) Although using EMS delivery costs $30 and doesn't arrive any faster than a non-tracked order despite their claims, it is insurance against the shipment getting "lost", ie. They never bother to send it and keep your money
4) Expect that spam and scam activity on your phone and email will increase dramatically after your order. Maybe use a throw-away email account and a Google voice number
5) Consider using a Mexican pharmacy next time if you're in the US. I will try this next time, because although you can't get the same quantities and the price is slightly higher, it still doesn't require a prescription

I received in a little less than a month with NO taking instructions. So it was with the 3-4 week period. No picture available.
It took 3 months but I did receive the Compass today. It was as advertised. It just took 12 weeks instead of 6-8.
