All of them, quite literally. I have purchased thousands of minis from countless companies over the years and this company is genuinely the only one I ever had an issue with. What a scam this company is. Go to literally any other company and you should probably be fine.

How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at hasslefree miniatures?

Answer:

It's impossible. I repeatedly emailed the 3 email addresses which they have and after 5 months they still haven't responded. They hide comments asking about why they haven't sent out orders on Facebook as well instead of responding. On the bright side, they also did not respond to my credit card company's emails, so the credit card company reversed the charges and refunded my money. This has been their behaviour since at least 2018, and it's clear they are not going to change it after 5-6 years of conning people out of money for minis they clearly will never send.
