HID nation has some of the best customer service reps. They stand behind their product with a great warranty. Only negative is you have to pay for the warranty and for shipping of the product back to the company and then the shipping back to you. Its only $8 each way but still. I would highly recommend this company for all your lighting needs. Whether it is HID or LED. They have what you need. A+++ HID nation.

I PURCHASED A SET OF HID LIGHTS FROM THIS PLACE FOR MY TRUCK AND THEY NEVER WORKED PROPERLY FROM THE START BECAUSE WHEN I WOULD TRY TO USE MY BRIGHT LIGHTS THEY WOULD COMPLETELY GO DARK BUT I CONTACTED THEM AND THEY SAID THEY WERE SORRY BUT DON'T KNOW WHY THEY WOULD DO THAT SO I DEALT WITH THE ISSUE BECAUSE I HAD AUXILIARY LIGHTING.BUT THEN ABOUT A YEAR LATER ONE MORNING LEAVING FOR WORK I TURNED ON MY LIGHTS AND ALL THEY DID WAS FLASH OFF AND ON SO I CONTACTED THEM AGAIN AND ALL I GOT WAS THEM ASKING ME WHAT KIND OF LIGHTS I PURCHASED I TOLD THEM HID AND I NEVER HEARD FROM THEM ANYMORE I HAVE SENT ABOUT A DOZEN MESSAGES WITH NO RESPONSE AT ALL SO I WAS FORCED TO REMOVE ALL THE HID LIGHTING AND GO BACK TO STOCK / HID NATION IS A ZERO IN MY BOOK NEVER AGAIN NOR WORK I RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANYTHING.

Initially bought LED conversion kits and the decoders. Order arrived timely but the lights were pretty disappointing and the decoders did not work properly. When contacting customer service, I was given no help except to return them for a store credit. All they sell are lights that didnt work. What use is a store credit. Took it anyway. Decided to buy a light bar. Go through payment and two day later get an email saying my order was cancelled due to no product stock. Why is the item still listed as in stock if its not? After that I asked again for a refund to my original payment method and this time I received no response. Definitely would never recommend to anyone.

I ordered as specified for my vehicle, took to shop to install. They are supposed to rotate 90 degrees to lock in place, these don't. Sending back requires package to be in resellable condition but packaging rips when you open due to design. Also they will only offer store credit. What am I gonna do with credit when you don't have bulbs that work for my car?
Didn't ship me what they sold me. Wouldn't just take it back and refund my money. Wanted to charge me a 30% restocking fee (yeah, you read that right 30%) for their mistake. False advertising and no ethics.
I purchased hid headlights and fog lights which I have done numerous times from them and my fog light connection melted and customer service reply is that it's not under warranty rather then sending out 1 fog light setup to me to rectify the situation. Horrible customer service.

I purchased headlight bulbs For 2018 GMC Sierra truck. They was late on delivery and they also delivered the wrong bulbs. I was told they didn't have any for my truck. I had to pay the shipping to return them and they refused to give me a credit. They offered me a gift card instead of a credit. What are you going to do with a gift card when they have don't have the item you need. I didn't use a gift card to purchase them and I needed a credit the same way they were purchased. It's been two months and no credit

The price was good but my mistake I ordered the wrong bulbs for my after market headlight assemblies. I couldn't use the bulbs so I never installed them they are still new in the box and I tried to return them but they will only give a store credit no refund and the store credit is conditional. Just be sure it's exactly what you want before you order
Would not buy from them they are jokes I order a light they sent me the wrong one Their response Was that I might need to cut my wire on my car to make it work its plug and play ready they won't take it back for there mistake now I can't get a email back..

I am not sure what your warranty covers other than the opportunity to repurchase the same product at the same price. Your "Expedited warranty" wants to charge me the same price (Actually $. 01 more) than what I paid originally. I do see why you don't care to speak with your customers after the sale.
I think I'll explore other options.

I ordered a replacement light bulb for my lease. Gave them the make, model and year of the vehicle. Got the bulbs... They sent the wrong ones! Np called up and guess what...
NO refunds! Bulbs have to be shipped back at your cost and then inspected by tech for credit... Look at their reviews... no one gets full credit! Best case scenario you're only
Charged the 30% restocking fee... these idiots sent me the wrong bulbs then wouldn't refund my money... then charged a 30% restocking fee. They have 20 Better Business Complaints filed on them... GO TO THEIR WEBSITE AND TRY TO WRITE A REVIEW!
WRONG!... YOU CANT! Guess why because they have a stellar reputation? WRONG! SCAMMERS... STAY AWAY! Any business that won't except reviews has a crap reputation. Call them up and threaten to sue... they'll arrogantly tell you go ahead...

They sent wrong parts that were ordered! So i had to send back they got lost by postal service from what i am told so i am out the money. I think they got they back in my opinion and just does not want to give the refund!

Required to pay shipping both ways, and if, and ONLY if their tech deems the product new, they'll exchange or give an in-store credit. Like WTF?! You sent the wrong kit. Long time customer. I remember you guys wouldn't honor my warranty. I was told only my money was important. I tried to let them know that one of my bulbs was defected. The seller told me that he will not give me another bulb. So sad :(
I bought one item from hid nation and hated them the instant I opened the box. Looks cheap. Feels cheap. Is cheap! Customer service sucks. They tried to tell me they flicker because you need the cancellers. I've been using xenon lights for forever! Without the canbus cancellers! I was told I couldn't review the return policy because have have to have an item in your cart. GET OUT OF HERE! Sketchy business practice! If they do this to you report it to your bank. I did and I won my claim and now HID nation can repay my bank for there silly ness! Do us all a favor and go out of business!
This business is garbage. Won't return products or try to fix an issue. Don't not but from these guys. Harbor freight or the dollar store are by far batter choices.

I ordered (2) HID bulbs for my Mustang, hoping they would last at least 1/2 as long as my factory bulbs (which lasted 10 years). The 'lifetime' warranty was attractive at 9.99 so I added it. 1 year later one of my bulbs went out. I contacted HID Nation and was told to just ship the bad bulb to them and in 5-10 days I'd get a replacement. In the meantime, I guess I was just to stay home at night and not drive? They offered an alternative 'one-time' solution - pay them $40 and I'd get 2 new bulbs - warranty not needed. (I paid 69.99 for the first two). So - I ordered them. While they were en route I found a set on a popular online shopping site for 21.00 and ordered those for a backup. These arrived in 2 days - I installed them and are still using them. About a week later the bulbs from HID Nation arrived. I opened up the box to find (2) cheap looking (reflected by the packaging) made in China bulbs (perhaps all are from China?) Not impressed - there was even a poor translation from Chinese to English on the box. I then went to eBay and found the same bulbs for less than $20. I am not impressed - and will not shop at HID Nation anymore. Your mileage may vary...
I've been purchasing through HID Nation for a long time I bought a new set of bulbs for my wife's car they went out I did the warranty thing on it which was absolutely Dissatisfying how they handle their warranty work in the customer service was the worst I will never use HID Nation.com again
Order next day express shipping on a product and was told 2 days later after two emails that it would not in fact arrive next day, basically hidnation AND fedex are garbage

When onto their website and found lightbulbs for my vehicle. They sent me the wrong lightbulbs and refused to take them and give me my money back.
Ordered my headlights on December 2 even paid extra for 3 day shipping. Its now December 15 still no headlights. Don't pay extra for shipping y'all.

Lights work when tuck is off as soon as I start truck they shut off both in auto mode and when switch is on, and yes I ordered the ballist kit.
