HOW LONG DOES IT USUALLY TAKE TO SHIP OUT A ORDER?

Hi Colleen! We ship all of our orders from our Hollar distribution center in Los Angeles, California. After the order is placed, the expected delivery time is 7-10 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding Holidays). You will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number once your order ships.

I just ordered recently. It was filled the next day and received in about 5 days, not the 10-14 days they state.
