Back in November, I order a few items from your company. I am a regular, loyal customer who has purchased many items in the past. I have recommended you to friends, family and co-workers. With this last order, I was missing the "Light Up Love Box". I immediately called customer service and was told it would be shipped out right away. Two weeks later I received this "Love" box. As you can see from the attached photo, it is clearly defective and would serve no purpose as it is not even a word. I am extremely unhappy with my last experience with Hollar and very disappointed. I have never had an issue shopping with you in the past and after all of this I am not sure if I ever will again. Please kindly refund my $5.00 and take me off of your email list.

I ordered in April. Had shipping insurance that they offered at that time. No package received. I've been asking for a refund for months now, it's September. No product and now they send me $2 of my $47 purchase. Scam!

One item I bought (the most expensive one actually) was a set of 6 rainbow skull shot glasses, and three of them arrived shattered. The blue one was a real disappointment because that was going to be for my partner who loves blue, and the purple one for my sister. The box also was crushed on the side, with very little cushioning inside. Other than that, the shipping was pretty fast, and most of the items I bought were as expected. Might buy non-fragile items from them in the future.
Update: In response, they gave me $5 store credit (the value of the item), which I never got to use because
A. You still need $10 pre-shipping to check out, so I'd have to spend $5 MORE of my money to use the $5 store credit
B. It expired in like a week
Plus, they no longer had the shot glasses I wanted.

Heads up to all deal seeking creatures such as myself. Hollar.com is a great website with name brand, toys, makeup and household items, pantry food items also. The only thing I would suggest is be careful, some items they advertise for $2-$3, you can get at your local dollar tree. Otherwise I highly recommend this site!

Order a spray bottle for $2.00... the top doesn't even stay on. I realize it is only 2 dollars but can we ship what is ordered? Then you charge $4.95 to restock it after I send it back... BS. Called Customer Service and was on hold FOREVER! I am done. You sent me an email asking if I would recommend Hollar.com... not at this point. Also, I am receiving messages from my bank card that purchases are made in California on my card in the amount of $500.00. They cannot connect you or your staff to these purchases but I have no business in California other than Hollar.com retaining my bank card number.

I stumbled across this site looking for dinosaur pasta. I ended up ordering multiple items. They're all cheaply made as I expected, and the promo code I used did not work, even though it said it was applied. Customer service was less than helpful. I can't say that I will order from here again. I'm used to Amazon that fixes any possible issue you may have.

I bought a supply of disposable razors from Hollar and expected that if called itself a razor it would be able to shave reasonably well. These were 5 razors per $1.00 pack and in order to avoid shipping, I went ahead and bought 25 packs. To my shock, upon first trying this razor, made the literally painful discovery that it does not shave. It pulls! It jerks along shearing off about one out of every 10 whiskers while securely grabbing the other 9 and trying to pull out the entire follicle. I mean they even touted the Aloe Strip that further smooths shaving. Who adds an aloe strip to a razor that cannot cut a hair? Expect I will trash the remaining 124 razors.

I have purchased from this site many times with no problems, but the last few times has not been good. They said 5-8 days, and took almost 2 weeks to even ship the order. Next order bought on 11-13 has not shipped yet. Purchased something else later in the day that my daughter wanted and needed the items by today, the 22, to take back as gifts in Afghanistan. Chatted with a rep who assured me the box would be here by today. Checked status: Processing! These are advent calendars that will be useless because they will take a month to get there if I ship them I am finished with Hollar.

I'd give it zero stars if I could.
It was at first a site that seemed legitimate and went downhill from there. My first orders arrived on time and customer service was good when there was an issue.
Then they began adding different sellers to their site that had separate shipping costs that were very high. You'd have to be certain to click the Hollar only button and look carefully in your cart before purchasing because they try to hide the others at the very bottom of the page.
They also advertise store credit for referring friends but do not honor that credit but your associates will receive daily, yes daily, spam emails from them. That part was embarrassing and regretful.
My last and final order with them never even arrived. I waited and waited. I tried contacting them but was ignored. I did contact my credit card company.
DO NOT order from this company. Even if your first few orders are fine, there will likely soon be problems. I've read other reviews with similar issues I've had.

Made order on 12/3 shipping said would be here on 12/13. This was a Christmas present. Have reached out to them multiple times no results no product no tracking number that is actually moving. Now it is 12/20 17 days! And still nothing. They will take your money and give you nothing!

I ordered some items on June 10 and I still have not received them. It took almost a week just to arrive at the shipping facility once the order was filled and has been "in transit" since June 19. It hasn't even arrived at my local post office yet. I have NEVER waited this long to receive anything I ordered online. Good thing I don't need these items right away. Not sure if I will be ordering from them again.

This is my first purchase with Hollar. However, delivery is slow and according to Hollar, delivery method used does not do online updates until order is delivered which could take up to 13 business days. Disappointed in method of delivery chosen since I don't need an online update if order has been delivered. When item arrived left ear volume is much lower than right and when I contacted Hollar to return, Hollar stated item must be unused yet they promise 100% satisfaction. Take your money elsewhere.

Ordered items for a raffle this weekend, and they are still not here. Ordered Aug 29, suppose to have 7 to 10 days shipping. No tracking as of yet, and generic response from customer service. Will not use again.

They never mailed my order. Then when they did it was ten days late. Icing on the cake the piece of crab pillow pet I bought from them doesn't work. And now I get to wait 7-10 for my refund. Horrible customer service and horrible company. Do not buy from here

Hollar isn't the same they use to be amazing had such good deals and sales, there's not and much stuff, they don't add new things as often, and most of the stuff I can get at 5 below. Some of the items are over priced. Shipping use to be free if you spent 19$ now it's 35$ some. Wish it would go back to the way it was in December
I ordered 2 products and paid for them. A week or so later i find out 1 of those products was sold out. Instead of contacting me i was given a refund which did not help me AT ALL. In the future if an item sells out it would be smarter not to sell the product also communication with customers is key to great success in a business!

I ordered my items a week ago. My order is still being processed. I've tried calling customer service to cancel the order because it's not going to get here in time for a birthday party. Never received package they stated was shipped. Email correspondence with them has been less than professional. My credit card was charged, however they now state they cannot refund because my bank refused to accept. Thieves! Avoid!

I ordered back in May. They provide you with a bogus tracking site. The site says my items were delivered on July 14th. I never received any such package. Now I am getting the run around. Lesson learned I guess.

I ordered a package on 6/27 and to date (7/12), it's still not here. My package was supposed to be here on 7/10. Hollar's package tracking says my local USPS has received it, but when I checked on the USPS website, it says it still hasn't shipped from its "partner carrier". This was my first time using Hollar and I really dished out $30, hopeful that they would be something great. Just a waste of time and money. Will not be ordering from them again, nor will I ever be recommending them. It's a shame. They showed so much promise. I guess the only people they'll deliver items to are people who they sponsor.

I did not like this site one bit. I am a usual shopper of wish.com and I love wish. I thought I would branch out and try hollar.com since I enjoyed their advertisements on television, however, I was very saddened by the low quality of items that sell. I brought a hand held mirror that turned out to have some sort of film on it and could not come off. Therefore, the mirror was perpetually filmy and unable to see in it.
Overall, the products displayed on the site, in my opinion are not that great. But things sell for a dollar or so. I guess you get what you pay for.
