on 10/29/19Hi Angela! Our whole turkeys are fully cooked and ready to enjoy. From thawed, take the turkey out of the refrigerator and remove from bag. Place in a roasting pan breast side up then loosely cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 1/2 - 2 hours or until warm. Carve, serve and refrigerate unused portions immediately.
From frozen, preheat over to 350°. Remove turkey from bag and place in roasting pan breast side up then loosely cover with aluminum foil and bake for 4 - 4 1/2 hours or until warm. Carve, serve and refrigerate unused portions immediately.

My turkey breast was not in a bag, It was in a container but not sealed. Within 4 hours, I had a bad reaction, still trying to recover. It was freezer burned or something. I think the health inspector might need to check out the particular location. I hope this was an isolated event. The hard coating was seperated from the turkey. More details and feedback when I feel a little better.
