Does anyone or has anyone had success returning a hoverboard to Hoverboard 360? We have disputed the credit card charge and I would be interested in a class action suit. On my way to file a BBB dispute.

Been trying to return the board for weeks now, called, emailed, sent photos... nothing. The plug pulled right out of the board and it will not charge.

They will now charge you a restocking fee of 15percent this is not disclosed on their return policy or information given at time of sake. This is illegal. I have disputed my purchase and yet to return the board due to fear they will take my money and I will never see it. If you are doing a class action I am all in.

I already filed with the BBB. If I don't get a response next week with the return authorization I'll be disputing the charges. I'd be interested in a class action law suit. I can't even believe they are still in business! Let me know how I can help.

I did not have to return my board because I never recieved it. They eventually refunded my money to my card after about a month.

I refused my shipment from UPS and did a dispute on my credit card. As of now I got refunded, I also filed a complaint with the BBB. However the BBB said Hoverboards 360.com never responded to the complaint.

Ugh, after a month of worrying I wasn't going to get the hoverboard i did receive it 2 days before xmas! So far so good and I'm praying to god it A. Doesn't break and B. It doesn't blow my house up! Of course after the nitemare I had receiving it I'm hoping I never have to return it! Fingers crossed and good luck!

Still currently trying to return mine. I sent the return info and have never been able to contact them via the phone. I disputed my charge a while ago, still waiting for a response. They did reask for all the information 20 days later (probably because they were getting around to the credit card dispute). They wanted all the story in one place and apparently they said my pictures didn't go through the first time. I resent back two weeks ago via email and still have heard nothing as to how to return the item. I will say it didn't say anything under their return policy other than to send them a email if you were unsatisfied and they had a 30 money back guarantee. However if you search their site under terms of sale, they say there is 15% restocking fee. Which in an email about a month and a half ago they told me they would waive. However they say I have to pay the return shipping. Which the site never said, but watch them they keep changing their website info. I took screen shots a while back so they can't change it on me. They are sneaky. They don't have time to answer the phone or emails, but they have time to change their phone message / options and their website for their convenience. Also, they never mentioned on their website that these were coming from Hong Kong. I was under the impression these were being sold in the US and there is no way I am paying shipping back to Hong Kong (however, I wouldn't know if that is where it is going because they won't send me any return information!)

I was fortunate enough to have paid with PayPal. Once I realized I was involved with a bunch of scumbags, I informed PayPal of their business practices. Ten days later, my money was back in my account. I wish you luck and hope you get your money back from these thieves.

I was final able to get through to them today. Have been calling for 2 weeks 3 to 5 times a day. I did speak to a rep today. See sent the instructions via email. This is the response I got. One of the boards we have constantly displays a red bulls eye instead of a green stating that the balance is off. Below is the information sent on how to return. F. y. I, your RMA number is your order number from your original purchase from Hoverboard 360. Hope this helps

To re calibrate the board:

1) Turn it on.
2) Put it in neutral position on the ground totally level with pedals up. (as if you were going to get on it)
3) press and hold down the lock and unlock button on the remote at the exact same time for 5-10 seconds
4)the lights will flash
5) it has been re calibrated

If this does not fix the problem, please email us a video of the board malfunctioning and a front and back picture of your board to returns@hoverboard360.com. Please indicate in the email that you have already tried re calibrating the board. Please include your order number in the email and a brief description of what is going wrong with the board and that you would like it repaired or replaced under warranty.

Please complete the return form attached and attach it back to the email as well.

Once all the proper paperwork is sent back to the returns email, they will help you from there in getting your board either repaired or replaced under warranty. Please be informed that the Returns Department is backed up so they will respond back as soon as they can. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

Nope. They got back to me once to telle the hoverboard they sent me was better than the one I ordered. I told them I didn't care and that i wanted to send it back and wanted a refund. No answer. So far, my cc company credited the purchase but we'll see.

I tried for 2 months to return the board I got with no response by email with return address or instructions, nothing came in the box with any info, website says to email & I called numerous times. The 2x's I got through they refused to give me the return info and said I had to email them which I had 5-6x's and the other time, they disconnected the call. Definitely file suit. I disputed the charges on my cc.
