Funny how positive reviews here started showing up after I posted on fb for everyone to post their complaints here and at bbb etc... since they can't delete these like they did some of our fb posts. I am concerned that a package may appear but the tracking number still doesn't state any movement or package attached.
File a dispute with your credit card company/bank and report them to BBB, FTC, Attorney general. I have a defective board and no where to return it. They are digging their own grave & eventually will go down. It may take a while but I believe we will all get our money back. Your credit card company should have your back, and most are aware of this company because so many are disputing charges. I also heard they expect us to pay shipping back + a 15% restocking fee! Ya ok not! If you paid using PayPal, even better, they are great.
