To whom it may concern, I purchased a hover board in blue, 11/20/15. However, I have not received my order, I am highly unsatisfied with this order. This is an inconvenience as your company stated it is a 2 day processing and 2nd day shipment. This should not take 1 month to be shipped. I need to speak with a Manager to cancel my order, before I contact my bank and unauthorized this purchase as I have not yet received it.

Glitek seems like a legit company since it has a 1 year warranty but it's also 100.00 more :(

Call your bank and file a fraud claim they will credit you and recoup the money from these frauds. Refuse delivery when it comes. Its a scheme they are sending boards from Hong Kong which takes 3 weeks. Some people are getting broken ones and can't send them back. Order from glitek. I ordered and received in 5 days and their reps are always there to help. Glitek was on wendy Williams show yesterday. They have a great reputation. The international ups number is 800 742 5877 They will tell you it's coming from Hong Kong.
