Chad do not waste your time with this company. They have stole our earnest funds and now we have to retain an attorney. Run as fast as you can.

Just to submit a bid - Wants buyers AND agents social security #?!?! - you must be insane. They are absolutely not entitled to such information, under most state & federal confidentiality regulations. They do not know the laws apparently, or care as it appears to be run from India, All chats came from the Philippines like I would really give them my s. S.# - NOT! - $299 Technology fee 6% buyer premium, poor service, may not have good title, may cancel the deal - numerous complaints online of suspected phony bidding only desperate, greedy, or dumb trusting people would go here in my opinion spare yourself and AVOID!
