I did the video call at 3 am pacific time. And the video call was right away no wait at all
The site is fake I'm sorry we have to report it they just hold our funds basically to wait us out
I called to connect after 10 pm EST and had a 33 min wait time.
Get answers from the ID.me staff and other customers.
