This is probably the worst customer service I have seen on a gold site. I purchase at noon, got a confirmation email with my order number, checked it says they got my money and that they will deliver in 10-30 mins, 10 hours later still no luck. Their live chat has been down all day and I sent 2 emails with no response. Now I am in live chat with 1 person ahead of me... its like that commercial "6 callers ahead of us Jimmy" its not hard to hire more then one person for live chat. I would definitely stay away, I only used this site because my main site stopped with Paypal for a week, figured hey ill give these guys a shot... nope, im going back to my old site in a week I can wait. At least I know ill get my gold then.

Ordered gold for wow. It's been 14 hours. They say they have the wrong information and order is delayed. But i updated info twice and it was all correct both times. Iv'e ordered from here at least 4 times before and didn't have an issue. The info used is the same as every other time right down to the same character. I'm starting to think they are going out of business and are getting what they can for nothing. Reporting to paypal. Chat support button on website doesn't even go anywhere. Phone numbers say This number can't receive calls and emails go unanswered.

Went to purchase a 50$ prepaid card, asked if it was in stock before hand and was told it was, then after my purchase I waited an hour (Well pass the promised 10-15 minute delivery time) I started up an after-sale chat and ended up waiting another 30 minutes to get a response only to be told they were out of stock.
I waited two days, periodically contacting them and asking how much longer it'd be and kept getting the run around. Finally I started a Dispute on their site asking for a refund and got it with little fuss. That's about the only good thing I can say about them.
IF you buy from them I strongly suggest using Paypal just for a little extra protection.

As another poster stated, I am also in the dispute stage with Paypal. I never received my order and was asked to keep waiting on their "supplier's stock". If you don't have something in stock, don't sell it.

Also, the customer service will leave you utterly lost in translation. Make no mistake folks, this is a genuine Chinese scam site. Don't be as stupid as me and keep your money away from them.

Slow delivery. I bought 2 things, and they took a few hours to deliver. I then tried to buy another thing, and when i typed in my credit card, it asked for the last 4 digits of my social security number. No way. SCAM!

Paid and got nothing in over a week, say they'll do it right away and haven't got anything or heard of them saying. I've said about 6 times the player is up get a email back saying ok we'll get to it. (Just something you want to hear) at this point I'm starting to think its a scam.

In contrast to some of the disreputable gold vendors (e.g. power-level.net or ssegold.com), igxe.com is great. They honestly tell you if they have the gold in stock and they give you realistic delivery times. I've ordered 10,000 gold on two different occasions. The first time, delivery occurred in 15 minutes (um... WOW!), and the second order, delivery occurred over three days. On the second order, the live chat was totally honest and told be what was going on and when things would happen. They even mailed the final amounts rather than call me at 3 A.M. (think power-level.net for that treat). Luv 'em.

I have been using this company for all my external games need to power level to gold. They've never failed me, and if they made a small mishap, they compensate it with something. Prices are always low and trusted name in the business. The customer support reps are probably the best I have ever had a chat with their nice and not robots for sure. I bought bulk of WOW gold from them though they were dry on my server it took them 1-2 hours and sent me my gold. Worth the investment to this company.

I paid for gold about 96 hours ago and still haven't received anything. They ignore my emails, the phone number on the website isn't in service, and it looks like they're just going to take my money and run. How can they get away with just taking people's money without providing a service?

I am really happy with this store. I have had a few bad experiences before with these kind of stores, but this store was perfect. I got my game within 15 minutes of ordering it through PayPal and the advisor I spoke to on live chat was called Shirley Mitchell. She was very helpful and guided me through the payment process and I would like to thank her one more time for the help she has given me.

I placed an order with this company and after not receiving my product after 3 days i asked for a full refund. Upon asking this i was given a hard time but finally got them to agree. After 4 days of not getting any verification of a refund i turned to paypal resolutions. Once paypal got involved i magically got my product within 25 minutes with no offer of compensation for the headache. Upon asking i was basically told tough s**t. Terrible customer service. Avoid this so called company at all costs

Any body know how to set up an account with igxe? Not there basic one on there website but apparently one there give me with coins in which I have already paid for! I've been sent account details but don't no where to input this information!? Please help

This company is a thief, who never intends to send you purchased items, but only wants to steal your money. I believe all those positive reviews left for this company are fake. You will regret if you buy from them!

I bought gold yesterday and got it sent the same day minutes after I placed the order. I think people should look at the time in hong kong first when they are doing their orders because the can be sleeping too

From reading reviews, it looks like their delivery is dependent on the game. I would not advise IGXE for Guild Wars 2 (US). I sent in an order and did not receive it. I contacted live support and they told me to wait 6 more hours. I did and nothing. I contacted them again and the same thing happened, I decided to give them a second chance. Nothing. Now, I contacted them a third time and requested a refund. They told me to "give them more time". I threatened to contact Paypal with a dispute/claim if they didn't. They told me they will cancel my order. If the refund doesn't go through then I will actually contact Paypal.

They will make you wait around forever and use vague terms that don't promise anything such as "if our supplier can deliver it, we will contact you". I haven't had issues with gold sellers until IGXE. Do not contact for Guild Wars 2 (US).

IGXE is a SCAM. I placed an order never got it they couldn't speak enough English to even converse with me and when I asked for a refund I was told I can request it on the website. Websites refund request doesn't work none of the phones are legitimate phone lines. Never returned my calls and I'm out 145.00. I'm going to report them as an internet fraud site as a result. I looked on many sites and the only positive feedback I have found including this website looks like they have populated it because the English is again very poor with incomplete and incomprehensible English. Read several of the Positive comments yourself and you decide if they are legitimate or posted by the shanghai gang!

The same thing has happened to me as the guy above, asked for my driveing licence with everything but the name address covered. I refused so they then said i could not have the item requested although they have my credit card details then went on to say it will take 48 hours for refund... unsure where to report this but will be informing my bank Abbey which says it has a 24 hour phone line for reporting this but is some how closed

Tried to buy 20K from them, they called twice saying that they were ready to do the transaction and then hung up and nothing happened. When I contacted their customer service to see what was going on they said that we needed to put an item in the AH and they would buy it. I had requested a face-to-face transaction because I am very cautious. 11 hours later they are still telling me that they are having "problems with the account". I have been hung up on numerous times, the "supervisor" was extremely rude to me and my husband. Stay as far away from this site as you possibly can!

IGXE.com is a good site which we can trust, my friends and i have bought some times, we all love it and their staff.
Sometimes the currency was delivered quickly, but sometimes the delivery took more than 5 hours. How ever i have got the compensate that is 5% of the order which for the delay.

I have been very familiar with IGXE after frequent buying on this site for the cheap price and humanized service. They do have good reputation and will not cheat on the customers. Although there was one time when my wow golds got delayed, the staff told me it was because of the stockout, and I waited for 2 more hours. During the period, I asked them for several times. I almost lost my temper. However, the customer service has been very patient and tender. She explained the situation for me again and again. I was very pleased with the attitude and after 2 hours, I got my golds as they told me before. Accidents may happen, but at least their working efficiency and manner to settle the accidents made me satisfied. Since then, everything goes very well. I trust in this website.

I ordered gold for Tibia and the service was great... in other words very fast. The gold was in my account the next morning. I spoke to someone real time on their help line to confirm order details and the service was timely and polite. Good Stuff IGXE!
