I ordered the omega 3 chews and the pet alert sticker on 7/14 and never received an email confirmation. The money was removed from my acct same day.

Hi Tina! If you never received an email confirmation, it may have gotten stuck in your spam folder. It's also possible that your order was not placed and what you are seeing is an authorization charge that by now will have dropped off of your account. Contact our Customer Support Team at orders@iheartdogs.com with your order number and they will figure out what happened.
