In one word, NO! I recd worthless resumes for the 3 mos that I legit contracted with them. Then, they sneakily auto self-renewed in some fine print on ONE email that I missed for 3 extras charges totaling $3,748.35. We didn't even have a job open! SCAM!

Yes, I would highly recommend using iHire. I am a recruiter and use this site a lot more than others to find candidates. Wish you luck
