I think it's the outlet branch. See a lot of mention of damaged items. I never received my items, they didn't indicate it was out of stock, so the order was cancelled. Stick to the main website.
They have no customer service. If you have an issue, email them and they may get back, or they may not! Very few have been able to talk to them. As for the bags, I think they are real but the dye process is off(people write in about the colors being way off) or the stitching is a little off, I got a bag that wasnt bad, but on this order they didnt honor their own sale and overcharged me by almost $200. And wont do a damn thing about it. Cancelled the second I placed it and they would not cancel.
