All of those crazy home movies that my dad was always taking - and we were always complaining about - are now giving us an incredible look back at our lives as kids in Ohio. IMemories made it insanely easy. Customer service and the digitization itself is excellent. I highly recommend to all!

Had 30+ year old VHS tapes that they had no issue converting. One tape (20+ years old) had multiple videos of our kids at different times. They separated them out separately in sub categories, which was great. Loved the experience, hope to catch a good % off though if you send more than one item, it can get expensive.

100% use their shipping box it's easy and worth it to package things nicely. Above and beyond with not only uploading the movies but also checking if there were multiple and diving them up! I feel bad for the poor souls who have to see some of these boring movies lol

The whole process was easy and within days I had some very valuable videos captured to send to my children; family memories that would have been lost forever. Just not enough time in the day to get everything done. But now, these treasures can be shared, and important people and events remembered!

We are not tech-savvy at all, but your professional customer assistants that we contacted were especially helpful to us: they were unfailingly patient, fully explained what we needed to know, and enabled my husband and me (80 years old!) to have several sets of various sized films digitized. Seeing my now-deceased parents through the years brought tears to my eyes and seeing our newborn twin babies (who are now 50+) is truly wonderful.

I have had my 6 VHS videos for over 20 years and luckily IMemories was able to convert them digitally. A few glitches in quality, but overall still great seeing all my memories come through. It was also great to share with my family & friends.

IMemories made my whole experience super easy from beginning to the end. They send you everything you need from packaging so your videos remain safe and they send you regular updates on the process. I haven't been able to watch our videos in forever that are super important to me from my wedding, trips to Hawaii, Niagara Falls and more because VCR's no longer exist. The process went very smoothly and our slides are now available to enjoy and share with our family. My only disappointment was that some of the pictures were upside down and I wish they had taken a minute to have them all right side up.

Only complaint i have is that most older smart tvs dont have the app. Had to get a fire stick to watch them or cast. Fast forwarding and rewinding vids on the app could be better too.

You just make a call or send an email. Gather your media together and ship it out in the box and postage iMemories provided. They are fast and very respectful. IMemories was also very easy to contact. Every time my sister called, they always had time for her questions.

We didn't send out the memories box until over a year after purchasing and there were no issues. My tapes and CDs were processed and available online only days later! I have also received my items back from them. I'd say the whole thing took maybe a month between sending out and getting back. I was so nervous to send my important items but now I would use them again if any old school storage is found!

I had these tapes down in multiple cellars in different conditions. Not always stored the best. Yet you guys got it done. I was not expecting any restoration to be possible and imemories restored all of them.

IMemories is a quick turnaround service. The overall quality really depends on what you give them. Storage plan is excellent and allows you to put various media together and share it with others easily.

I like the convenience of the mail-in kit and that films are returned promptly all under one cost.
I expected more footage perhaps from one take or another but because of their overall age I'm very happy with every minute that's been preserved. I have especially enjoyed sharing footage of my classmates that dates back as far as 1989!

IMemories was super simple to use (clear written instructions at every stage) and they were efficient. We received our VHS tapes as digital recordings within a few weeks. Their prices are also pretty great - look for discount codes online. I opted for the digital version and downloaded each video to my phone from the app. It made sharing the videos really easy. I'd definitely use iMemories again!
