Hi, my name is Cynthia( Cindi) I am a member of inbox dollars, I have started having some problems recently with getting in contact with someone to give me some answers. 1. I was to receive 7.00 for an offer, I took the offer, inbox only paid me 2.00 for it when it stated 7.00, I contacted inbox via the website and talked to a guy named Victor, I have been trying to get this fixed since December, I have done everything Victor has asked me to do to prove that it was 7.00 the only thing he has done has been giving me the run around. This man works for inbox and has no idea how much we are to get paid per offer, he should be looking in to this matter not me! 2. I had 50.00 in the main account and over 100.00 in the carried cash credits, I requested the 50.00, a screen popped up with a number I was supposed to call to verify it was me, well we had a power surge and I didn't get to write down the number I asked Victor for it and he told me I had to have 50.00 before I could request money, I told him how much money I had in the account and once again I am having to prove the money was in my account, why do I have to prove this can someone not look at the account and see what is going on? I really am aggravated with this, I earned this money and I really need it please get this fixed it is not fair to ME that I have to prove to you that I have that money in my account, shouldn't you already know this? Please help me with this matter! Thanks
