Any member can join InboxDollars from anywhere in the world however, Non US members are only eligible to earn via Cash Games and Cash Search feature. Payments when you reach a minimum of $30.00 is sent US Mail in Check form.

The "Member Rewards Card" took about 2 weeks. But after that you can reload it. It takes only 2-3 business days. They'll still charge a processing fee but it's returned immediately to your account - at least so far, in my experience.
