Jurisprudence overrides everything. The courts are attempting to seperate the individual from the Judicial Process. One good example of this is when a person goes into court and they can't afford a lawyer. The Judge asks you if you would wish to have a public defender. Well yeah, who wouldn't say yes. That though is were they have you. From that point on a person can not speak for himself in court. The only one able to speak on your behalf is the public defender that was apointed to you.
