on 5/17/15Jurisprudence overrides everything. The courts are attempting to seperate the individual from the Judicial Process. One good example of this is when a person goes into court and they can't afford a lawyer. The Judge asks you if you would wish to have a public defender. Well yeah, who wouldn't say yes. That though is were they have you. From that point on a person can not speak for himself in court. The only one able to speak on your behalf is the public defender that was apointed to you. There are more examples too.
