I can tell you for an absolute fact that I ordered a number of the same ink cartridges at the same time and out of the 9 that I ordered, 4 were the wrong ones. When I called them immediately after opening the shipment and discovering it was the wrong cartridges, they say that it is the customer's responsibility to make sure that the correct ones are ordered and they would NOT exchange or refund them!
I don't know, I didn't have the need to try that, but according to their warranty, they'll take care of you for a year. What irked me was that toners have infinite shelf life, yet if you find a problem after their year warranty runs out, they won't swap it. The Suppliesguys seem to have a more flexible warranty. No, I have no affiliation with them, but I did buy some toner from them, and the toner was defective, and they allowed me to return them and paid the shipping too.
