I had ordered toner cartridges from them and did get relatively good OEM products, First time I ordered ink jet cartridge and got one bad out of 6 colours. And I cannot reach their support at all. I suppose it is a legit company but absolutely no customer service.
I agree. I did get responses from their customer service but they were just dismissive. I will avoid them in future.
