People that claimed to receive their items are usually bought in 2016 or earlier. Seems Ioffer has gone down a lot since then. More scams in more recent orders. Don't take a risk with Ioffer.

You will not get it Ioffer is a scam website with seller that will take your money and send you nothing. I have been there and lost and ioffer will not help you so don't buy from them.
