Andrea-I think for $10 it is a fun service. I have not felt taken advantage of. I pay. Then send products to try. They are not always my cup of tea, but they are fun to play with. It is not a scam, they are legitimate and a lot of fun in my opinion. :)

In my opinion Andrea r., no they do not steal your money. If you put in the subscription, then they are giving you a cute cosmetic bag and a variety of samples that are worth well more than $10.00! Keep in mind, it may take a few months for you to get the first bag. I have gotten two bags so far, June and July. Although I wasn't in love with ALL of the products, I definitely enjoyed most of them, and the one's I didn't like, I just gave to a friend. Who doesn't like a friend who gives them free stuff to try out? The cosmetic bags are a different design each month, so cute, and it is super fun to see what you get each month. This month, I received a pair of tweezers, a full-size eye shadow compact with 4 really pretty colors (plum, cream, taupe, and apricot), a full-size lipstick, a hair product to create beachy waves, and facial cleanser. Some of the brands I had heard of, others I had not. Some people get upset when they receive a few items that they cannot use or do not like. But when you think about it, it is impossible for the company to nail down every single product to match perfectly with every person that subscribes. Sure, the subscription is personalized somewhat to each person, but they do not get as specific as asking you your favorite nail color, or your favorite lip color, etc., etc. People should realize that when they take the quiz. It is meant to be fun and to get people trying new products/colors/etc. I personally love it.

You could say that since they send products that you probably won't be able to even use, despite them advertising themselves as being personalized. You'd be better off spending the $10 at the drug store and getting product that you know you can use.
