You may cancel your Monthly Subscription at any time by logging into your account and following the cancellation procedures described there.

My account > And clic on UNSUCRIBE. Then you'll recieve an email. You HAVE to go in the email and clic on the link to confirm your cancellation. I hae prob with them too. They actually respond me tho. They say they will cancel it for me AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN BOTTER, like everything else. Good luck

Monthly subscribers: You can cancel your subscription (with no penalties or hidden fees) by logging into your ipsy account and clicking "My Account." From there, you'll see the "Cancel" button below "Glam Bag Subscription." I cancelled mine also.
