Ive tried to cancel my subscription several times and I haven't gotten the email with the link to confirm cancelation so I haven't been able to cancel my subscription. I don't know that to do!

Your best bet is to cancel whatever card you used, because even if you can successfully cancel, they'll start charging it again after a few months without your approval.
