I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.

I did not have a good experience with Choxi, as they did not honor their posted price on a pair of Uggs that I had ordered for my daughter's Christmas presents. Having worked in high end retail in my younger years, the posted price is always honored. Customer service for Choxi is questionable at best.

You have to deal directly with them for returns, they are like a 3rd party business. A lot of their merchandise comes from other retailers. I had an issue with a return, due to I contacted the company itself, and didn't go through them. So I lost a whopping $12. They are not scammers, but legit. Just read all the fine print when you purchase something. Their quality is a hit and miss, due to how cheap it is. But for quick gifts, fun gadgets, you can't beat their prices, and shipping is only $2. Look online for coupon codes, usually it's for FREE shipping. Every dollar counts.

You have to ask yourself why NoMoreRack changed its name to Choxi without a change in ownership. In my experience, the products are usually described correctly, not always, but usually. And you have to read VERY carefully because if they don't mention something, you shouldn't assume it is going to be acceptable.

The real problem is customer service. When I realized that they weren't honoring the "good for 72 hours" discount for 72 hours, I immediately complained, but they waited 6 hours to reply, and then said I could neither get the charge adjusted, nor cancel the sale, because I'd not cancelled within two hours, because it took them 6 hours to tell me I was being cheated. I ended up refusung delivery of the package, and eventually got my money back after nearly a month, but their customer service was trying their best to get me to go along with being cheated.

They say that the odds of winning he state lottery aren't any better if you actually buy a ticket. You can guess what U think your odds are on the Choxi site. They can't outrun a bad reputatio by changing names but continuing to do the same things that got them that reputation in the first place.

At least 95% - I buy a lot of stuff/supplies online. I would NEVER buy anything from them again!

Hi Joshua B.

I have been purchasing from them for a couple of years and never had a problem. Customer service is great.

Just make sure you read the reviews as other people have mentioned. I have purchased several items from Choxi (formerly NoMoreRack) and have been very pleased with all my items. I don't worry about getting scammed when I order from this site.

I have purchased numerous items from Choxi.com... from electronics, clothing and sterling silver jewelry. 925 and have been very satisfied. I will continue to shop here as long as they are in business. I personally have not been scammed from shopping at Choxi. Com

No you won't get scammed, but the quality is not always the greatest! Returning something is horrible, everyone you talk to will give you a different answer to your problem.
