Would it be okay to purchase an iphone 5c from "choxi" at the price of $189?

Answer:

I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!

I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.

Any one have email contact info for the management of choxi the customer service department sucks

I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."

Has anyone successfully received a refund in the last 60 days? i have had zero response from choxi regarding an order i made in august. i have never had a problem with receiving my items before. reading these reviews are making me nervous.

Does anyone know if the jewelry on choxi (formerly nomorerack) is legit. like if they say it's diamond, is it really diamonds? like overall is quality great and jewelery good?

I've never ordered anything that says diamond. I have ordered some of their other jewelry. It has all be very nice with nice chains on them.

How long does it take to resolve an issue? my first order with the company was in april and following 25 mishaps i ordered again in may, to date i have not received an order or a refund. - 4 months - please tell me this is a special case.

According to reports they are not paying their suppliers. Call your credit card company and dispute charges and you will get your money back
