on 9/2/16I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Nope. It's been 3 months and I finally just got a hold of my visa and they gave me back the amount. Now go get them Visa
What's weird, is the last month that I called, it said the office was closed and I tried all day everyday for a week. I tried both numbers too.

I've made multiple attempts to obtain a refund and so far have been unsuccessful. Even if I am able to obtain a refund, I will NEVER order from them again. I have made multiple attempts to obtain the refund. This is the response I finally got from them: "We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your business, loyalty, and patience while Choxi.com has gone through a transition period. We are happy to report that Choxi.com is now under new Management. As a new management team, we are diligently working to clear the backlog of inquiries and shipments. This process will take a while; with more customer service agents coming back online each day and working day and night to get back on track, we will once again have the capacity to address each customer on a timely basis and we anticipate being full operational within the next 30 days.
Within this time frame (and as soon as possible) you will be updated on the exact status of your order(s). We are working extremely hard with our suppliers to fulfill all orders as soon as possible. Our goal is to fulfill all outstanding orders within the next 30 days, but because of the number of suppliers involved, it may take up to 60 days. Once your order has processed and is ready to ship, tracking information will be emailed as normal. If you are expecting a refund, we expect that to be fully processed within the next 30 days as well.
We've made significant changes at Choxi and we plan to be your favorite online shopping site again and once again, thank you for your patience. We sincerely apologize for not being able to respond to your inquiries on a timely basis prior to these changes. If you have not ever ordered from Choxi, I recommend you spend your money elsewhere as you will not receive your order nor will you receive a refund!
I was shocked I got the refund because it was two months and still no order. Yes I received a refund about three days after I talked to somebody. But before the refund I got an email from somebody and they asked if they could do anything to correct the situation. I deleted it. Screw them. Will never deal with them again. I hope they do go out of business. To treat customers the way they do, they don't deserve to be in business!
I did receive a refund, but it's been several months ago and had to threaten to take them to court.

I have waited since December and they have not refunded my money. They really are scammers.
I placed orders on 6/29 and 7/22... never got my merchandise. I called and was told they were still processing... Really? Two months later... they offered store credit... I refused telling them I would not order again. Disputed with my credit card company and got my money back. According to reports they are not paying their suppliers and therefore people are not getting their merchandise. Get your money back through your credit card company before they end up filing bankruptcy!
