How does a customer get to speak to a real person not an answer phone and take forward a customer complaint?

Hello Tony, you can call us at 800.619.3000 and speak with a customer service agent 24/7. If you have a complaint you would like to report, we do have supervisors on staff as well. You can also contact us through email at customercare@jtv.com, or on our Facebook and Twitter.

I talk to a real person every single time I call. At least 50% of the time in the US. As a call center rep., that means a lot to me.
