I wanted to know. Is the silver 4.4mm chain sold by JTV real silver?

I'm a customer of JTV and I have bought tons of jewelry, rings, chains, bracelets, pendant, you name it and I can promise you if they say it's sterling silver it's sterling silver, if they tell you it's 14-karat gold it's 14 karat gold. Buy something take it to a jeweler that you respect and have it appraised. If you're not happy with it send it back and they'll give you 100% of your money back. You will have to pay a $6.99 return shipping charge. But I promise you'll be happy
