why can I not track my package???? I am getting NO RESPONSE FROM THIS COMPANY! I want to know where in the heck my purchase is!!!!! This is the WORST!

We are sorry for the delay you had in receiving a response. Please note that around the beginning of this year we have had same major managerial changes in the company. Thankfully, everything is being dealt with and we'll be sure to get to you within 24 hours. Please note that it is Fridays and Saturdays that are not working days here in Israel.

Me too but it took another week for DHL to actually get the merchandise & begin the tracking

You do not receive tracking info until package ships. I sent an email and got a response the next day. Did say much except it almost ready to ship and I would receive tracking info. About a week later, I did get shipping notification and tracking info
