I cancelled my account months ago. Yet i am still being charged for the vip. If i have cancelled my account i should not be getting charged for anything. How do i get my money back?

Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

Hello! This is from the JustFab team. We know that this question was raised over years ago, but we would like to address it.

Once your membership is already canceled, it's guaranteed that there will be no future charges anymore. You may have made a new purchase after that or created another account, which is why you got billed again.

I talked to my bank and they said to send them a copy of email you sent asking them to cancel and if they wont, bank of America said they would fight it and refund my money. The only problem is just fab only accepts phone calls. I am going to fight this because they should be shut down

You have to call them to cancel, no online available. If you are expecting refunds, it will de difficult. I had to write a snail mail letter to finally get a cancellation and partial refund.

Did you actually call and cancel your account? Make sure you spoke with a customer service rep to get a cancellation #.

I contacted the Better Business Bureau (they have an online site). Fill out a complaint online. Be brief, but but in the details about when you cancelled and exactly how much they overcharged you. Include the fact You spoke to JustFab about canceling, but they were not helpful and continued charging you. It will take a few weeks but The Better Business Bureau WILL get you your money back. It is why this terrible company has an A rating with the Better Business Bureau.

Also contact paypal to ensure they are aware to stop any requests for paymetn to just fab.
