on 12/6/15From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful.
As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe?

When you purchase from them you are signing a contract stating that they DO have permission to take that out of your account unless you skip the month between the 1st to the 5th or if you call and cancel. They did not just take it out without permission. Don't purchase things online without reading the fine print.
Well I have been charged but it is only $39.99 and that is if I didn't skip the month. It does clearly tell you this when you accept the terms and conditions. But if I wasbuou I was dispute it with your bank because you were charged to much and then if you don't want the VIP account call and cancel it all together. You definitely have to read all the fine print before you accept
Their VIP policy specifically states that if you do not "skip the month" (between the 1st and 5 of the month), then your card will be charged. However, that amount should only be $39.99. You will have to skip the month every month that you do not want your card charged. The money they do take out is supposed to go towards an account credit that you can use on shoes when you do decide to buy. So many people are failing to read the fine print. You WILL be charged monthly if you do not skip the month!
Hello. Sorry about that. Call your bank or credit card company and report it. Let the company know that just fab didn't have your permission to take your money. They will put the company on a list. A list of companies who can not steal from you again. If they try to send something through again, it should be a alert! Call just fab and they will refund you your money back but make sure you close that account because they are going to keep trying to charge you every month. I didn't even order the shoes. My daughter did. It was a night mare! I hope it works out better for you.
I jad to change my account because every time I called to cancel I was told that I could not use the credits. Credits have to be used before cancellation. Which means u go another month of paying. Mark your calendar once u get the date u can cancel without losing your credits. N now they r issuing gift cards instead which incur fees.
I should call your bank and let them know. I once had the same problem, Justfab took money from my bank account every month. I called them, justfab, but they didn't answer. I had to call my bank, tell them I don't know why justfab can automatically take money from my bank account. After few days, I've recieved my refund. Also, I asked them to block every transaction with justfab in the future. I hope this helps.
I had the same problem unfortunately. I rang them the first time and they gave me a refund and I thought I had cancelled the account but the following month they had taken the money out again and refused to give me that money back. They ask you to cancel that months subcribtion on there website but it doesnt work. My advise is to ring them and say that you are paying for a service that your not using and ask for a refund. Also ask them to cancel any account you have them.
Hi. Ask for your money back, they may give you some of it back. You have to tell them that you want to cancel your account! My daughter lost £ 145 to those bandits. If you try to get your money back by ordering goods to the same value they will still take £35 out of your account next month. My daughter had to cancel her debit card so they couldn't get any more money out of her account. They still haven't replayed her£145. I have complained about them and put bad reviews on social media, that was all I could do. I hope you have more success than I did. They are the biggest bunch of crooks I've ever encountered.
