Easiest way is to go to your bank and get a new ATM card with different acct#, calll your credit card company and dispute and cancel any further payment, in PayPal remove them from your authorization list or remove the Card they are using to charge you or even the linked bank acct. Just fan will not help you and are just ripping people off.
This is the number I called to cancel my account. They didn't give me a problem canceling the account. And ask for their "one time refund" which is crap anyway cause they gave me refunds for BOTH of the charges that shouldn't have come out. Incase you didn't read my review they charged my card twice and it had expired over three years ago. Got my refunds within five days. Good luck! Cause it sounds like many people have had problems with their refunds and such. My experience wasn't problematic after contacting them.
Had such a bad experience with them. They did not want to return the money that they took from me for over 5 months. I've gotten so upset that I told them that I will file a fraud if they won't. That's when they return the money after a week or so. I have asked to speak to the supervisor and they had given me a run a round. At times, the phone call would just get disconnected too... like purposely... and yes! I had to call several times too. You can't cancel thru the website which is ridiculous... you would have to call them which I see numbers has been provided for you here... horrible horrible experience... that's all I can say...
My daughter was under 18 and used my card to purchase something than the monthly fees for a year. I got it all refunded, but they try very hard to talk you out of it. As soon as the refund came through on my card I called back and cancelled the account. It takes a lot of time, you have to talk to multiple people and it still costs you a month or two, but at least it has stopped charging each month. I

I placed bad reviews all over the Internet, even on my instagram, after the Instagram post a justfab representative saw the post and contacted me. Just then my money was refunded.
I started at better business bureau and started a claim against the company. The BBB advised me to try and settle first and if I had no luck, they would take over. I called customer service and told them I had a claim started with the BBB. I wanted all my info removed from the site and all my money refunded. They told me they could only give store credit. I refused and told them the BB would take it from here. They then put me through to a manager finally and after 5 months of back and fourth I was refunded my $1,800.00. It takes time and patience but it paid off. Just call and keep answering the questions incorrectly and you will get a live person. Start with the BBB first. I think they checked to see if I had a pending claim.
