I ordered 3 items. What I was sent was not what was pictured. The items smelled to bad that it was alarming. The whole order went into the trash.

Well I ordered cotton items and received cheap polyester which is unwearable. 15% refund offered - so they're making a tidy profit. Can't believe they're allowed to operate actually. Wish I'd found this site before i wasted my money.

There is SO much to say so I'm just going to shorten it. This company is crap. Sells cheap ugly imitations (not good ones either!) of the pictures they post. Takes forever to arrive. I'm still waiting for my 3rd item out of the same order and it was the one I was most excited about. Now, after seeing what they sent me, I'm no longer excited to get this package. They are purposely defrauding people! So disappointed, they ruined my Christmas. I'm searching the internet to leave as many NEGATIVE reviews of this company as possible so other people don't fall into this trap.

The truthful answer is YES. Scammers, cheater and fraudsters. I tell you what I discover, There is more that 1 name for this "company", they flood the internet with pictures of nice garment and they pose as a "boutique". They are not retailers, when you order something and if, "big if" you receive it does not look as the picture on their on line catalogue. The quality is sub-standard. There is not cancellation policy or refunds, even if you do not received the items. I haven't received mine, and they refuse an refund or send it. They claim that is my fault because I REFUSE IT TO RECEIVE. That is not true and they haven't produced any evidence. After umpteen e-mails they offer me a credit note for 10%. BUT NOT MY MONEY BACK. Now if you do check the internet there is not a telephone number or an address for this company. Only an e-mail address for "customer services" (good luck with that). For every bad review (too many people complaining, it may mean something), oh coincidence 1 or 2 5 stars review appears. Read them carefully and it will jump up very easily to you that they are fake. Say no more. Just I learnt the hard way. If something looks so good to be true is not true. Do not commit my mistake stay away from any online company that unless you will now is a real company, and you have read the reviews.

It is not a scam, it is a real company. But once you buy something, you own it. Even if they send the wrong item, they will not refund or exchange it unless you send it back to China at your own expense.
