I ordered 3 items. What I was sent was not what was pictured. The items smelled to bad that it was alarming. The whole order went into the trash.
Omg I just ordered without checking reviews. I went back to cancel but cant find anything to cancel order. What can I do?
DO NOT PAY ANY MONEY TO THIS COMPANY! Read the reviews and be aware that many people, including me, have been sent sub-standard items & had little or no luck in getting money refunded. They are a company who do not supply goods as described in the adverts. Stay away from Justfashion. Just saying!

How can we get this fraudulent company off the internet? I doubt China cares about the Better Business Bureau. I am going to donate my horrible faux linen dresses and not waste any more time or $ on returning items. I am sure this is just what the Chinese company hopes for, and probably the way in which they can stay in business. MY MISTAKE FOR NOT READING REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING!
It takes forever to ship. But it should finally arrive. But don't expect it to be the item you ordered. The items advertised and their descriptions may not be accurate. But they will never admit their mistake. My wife purchased a dress that was described as being linen/cotton, but the dress that arrived was cotton/polyester. It was virtually impossible to get the mistake corrected. The website would not transmit the request for a refund/exchange. All you get is a form letter explaining how to request a refund/exchange. When they finally did answer my repeated emails, they said I would have to return the dress to China at my own expense. And there was no guarantee the replacement would be linen/cotton.
I am asking for same return address but no reply... did you end up getting a refund?
I have been waiting since the beginning of February. The one item (out of 9) that arrived is horrible. I just cancelled my charge with my card for the rest minus the one item - so they can not say they sent me something... after reading all of this - scam is apparent.
