My name is Ronnie Watson. I own Southland Custom Golf Carts. On 8/16/16 I sold a golf cart to Lisa & Ruben Medina Team leaders for Planet kidz of Conreo, Willis & Montgomery Tx. Lisa told me the golf cart was to be raffled off & that she & Ruben would pay me as the tickets sold. By August, Lisa nor Ruben had given me a dime. I had started getting suspicious. I knew the tickets were selling. I was taking the cart to different functions trying help them with the selling of the tickets. Their bank account did not have funds to pay me for the cart. So I told them to write me a post dated check dated 5 days before the cart was to be raffled off. I deposited the check on the 12th. The funds were insufficient .Lisa told me she waited to late to put the money into the Planet Kidz account . This is a nonprofit organization is it not. Where does the money go before she puts it into the nonprofit account. Needless to say the is it be raffled off tonight. The check is no good & im not going to release the cart to her. So please tell me were is the money from the sale of the tickets. I also would like to know if Kidzworld supports her actions. I trusted a kidzworld representative with a 4800. dollar golf cart. I held the cart for almost 4 months without pay. And now i have to pay my bank because your representatives wrote me a hot check. Please give me the answers I'm looking for or a least send me in the write direction.
