I'm from Canada and I've always experienced good service with this company. I think the bad reviews may come from competitors which is really unfortunate. A sad way to do business.
I ordered through Canada Post and received my Peppermill in a very short period of time. February 9 ordered received February 13 using Canada Post. I will definitely order from these people again.
"The bad reviews are from a competitor." Seriously? That's how you answer complaints? Try answering emails and calls; that's way more effective.
The bad review that came from me is true and I am definitely not a competitor. I never received my tagine, and had to open a dispute with PayPal to get a refund after a month of no replies to my emails and phone calls. After my experience I would say all the bad reviews are true. Shop somewhere else. As the old saying goes, where there's smoke, there's fire.
I am very happy with my transaction. I received an email from Canada post with a tracking number and warning of high volume /possible delay. It was 9 days start to finish. I am sorry to hear of so many bad reviews.
