May I know why I don't receive any email response from Kogan customer service team after I have sent enquiry 1 week ago?
I do not want to be a member of Kogan first so please do not deduct any fees from card

Stay away from Kogan - I think you have by default signed up for some crap Kogan First Club - if you didn't unsubscibe within 14 days, they then hit you with a membership fee
