Is the Kogan Atlas 11.6" L500 Laptop any good Plz for $298 for a low end laptop for someone like me who is only on the pension n cant afford anything

new customer to kogan, but always have problems with australia post deliveries even when i pay extra to express delivery, they never actually deliver
