How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at kroger?

Answer:

I tried for 2 hours to get in touch with a human. Chat agent, Yelhen let me sit there and then went AWOL. Called every 800 number I could find...impossible to get past the bots. I called the local store in Livonia,,MI - phone rings, then you get music, phone rings then get music, I was in that loop for 15 minutes. The only way to get ahold of a human is to go to a store, they can't blow you off then. Do not ever start me their over priced products.

Only 2 days ago i received a gift card from ephrata hospital for gas at turkey hill. upon trying to check balance, it comes up as invalid. why?

Why can't i click the arrow to toggle months to request off in e-schedule? all i can see is the current month. it works on store computer but not home
